Orders
To place an order, you must identify yourself with your email address or customer number, and your password.
Creating a customer account is required to make your very first order. This step requires you to enter your personal data, including delivery details and billing information.
Once your basket has been validated, you will have to add the delivery address, choose your preferred shipping mode, and validate your method of payment.
Purchase orders assume acceptance of the product prices and descriptions as applicable to the sale.
Upon validation, 1000 GANTS will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provided.
As soon as your order is shipped, its status will change to “shipped” in your customer account.
Shipping
We deliver all over the world. Exception: 1000 GANTS does not deliver to PO boxes.
For France, two shipping modes handled by France post office La Poste are possible:
- Tracked Letter (cost: €0)
- Colissimo service with acknowledgement of receipt (cost: €5)
Delivery times are not guaranteed by La Poste.
International shipping is carried out with France post office La Poste by Colissimo (cost: €10).
1000 GANTS cannot be held responsible where the indicated delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
Exchange and Return
You have a right of withdrawal, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt to return the product at your expense, without penalty and without justification.
Returned products should be returned unused, intact, and complete. They must not have been worn, used, modified or damaged, and be in perfect condition.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, we invite you to return the products concerned, with a letter stating your intention, in appropriate packaging, at your expense, with adequate postage, to the following address: MAROQUINERIE VEBER – 97 RUE D’ANTIBES – 06400 CANNES – FRANCE
Upon receipt of the product, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by email and we will refund you.
The return costs from the place of delivery to our store are your responsibility – with the exception of a defective product at reception, or an error of 1000 GANTS when sending the product. In case of exchange, the shipping of the new pair of gloves will be at our expense by Tracked Letter.
