If you find yourself dissatisfied with the products you have ordered, rest assured, you have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, without any penalty and without necessarily specifying a reason. As part of the end-of-year celebrations, you have exceptionally until January 15 for any reception date after November 1.

Only requirement: Returned products should be returned unused, intact, and complete. They must not have been worn, used, modified or damaged, and be in perfect condition.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, we invite you to return the products concerned, with a letter stating your intention, in appropriate packaging, at your expense, with adequate postage, to the following address: MAROQUINERIE VEBER – 97 RUE D’ANTIBES – 06400 CANNES – FRANCE

The return costs from the place of delivery to our store are your responsibility – with the exception of a defective product at reception, or an error of 1000 GANTS when sending the product. In case of exchange, the shipping of the new pair of gloves will be at our expense by Tracked Letter.

Upon receipt of the product, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by email and we will refund you.

The refund will be made by the payment method selected by you for your initial order. Thus, if the order has been paid:

• By credit card –and if this credit card is still valid– the refund will be processed to the account attached to this credit card.
• By bank transfer, we will ask you to send us your bank account details to refund it, or we will send you a check, at your convenience.
• By check, the refund will be made by check, which will be sent to the billing address indicated.
